Before you submit this form, you must agree to abide by the following rules:
  1. You must be aged 17 or over and under 25 at the time of Miss World Competition (Dec 2011)
  2. You must hold a British passport.
  3. You must not be married or have a child.
  4. There must be nothing in the contestants background that could bring the contest or its sponsors into disrepute.
  5. You must not have posed nude or topless for a professional photographer.
  6. You must reside, work or be a student in Cornwall.
